Our Client is one of the leading international parcel delivery services. The company needed an online platform to enable its Polish customers to send and pick up parcels all over the country using multiple retail locations, such as news kiosks and flower shops.
Eight of our developers worked as part of a larger development team to build on an existing system for six months. The project was complex, and we worked on both the user interface and back-end systems. The platform included such features as geolocation, transaction processing, and parcel tracking.
Creating the Pickup platform changed the way customers can send and receive parcels, with easier access to pick-up locations all over Poland. This has meant happier customers, more parcels, and, ultimately, a material increase in revenues.
