Our client – a major pharmaceutical company – wanted to create a platform to increase employee engagement by encouraging physical activity. The system was intended to be easy to implement, cost-effective, and easy to scale.
We created a complete system that makes it easy to engage employees within a company by letting them record their physical activity, take up challenges, create events, share tips, and compete with others. The system is integrated with external activity tracking apps like Garmin, Strava, and Endomondo and also calculates calories and automatically updates employee rankings.
Apart from creating the system, our role also included performing a UX analysis and creating UX mock-ups along with the final design.
