Michal is the co-founder and CEO of Clurgo. Hee is also a Member of the Supervisory Board at KBJ.
In his CEO role, he leads Clurgo to continuously develop their expertise in addressing client’s business needs for a wide range of Software Engineering services..
Michal holds an MSc FTiMS in Artificial Inteligence and Software Engineering, from Lodz.
Piotr is Clurgo’s VP, responsible for leading Clurgo’s Software Engineering. He ensures that all engineering work follows up best practice frameworks and industry standards.
He holds a master of Computer Science from Warsaw University. Piotr also graduated from Finance and Accounting on Warsaw School Of Economics.
Marcin is Clurgo’s Board Member and his responsibility also spans leading the organisation’s Enterprise Architecture team.
Marcin holds an MSc in Informatics, at the University of Warsaw, Faculty of Mathematics, Informatics and Mechanics.
Tomasz is the company’s sales leader, combining business skills with a deep technical understanding. His approach to sales is based on establishing trust and expertise while focusing on value and results. In his spare time, he enjoys following soccer leagues and playing squash.
Bogusia manages our UK operations. She has extensive experience in creating and deploying innovative IT solutions for organisations in a wide range of industries across Europe. She holds an MBA and an MSc and BA in Mathematics and Computer Studies.
Aleksandra has several years of experience in IT recruitment and knows perfectly “how IT works”. She focuses on partnership between HR and business, joint achievement of business goals and win-win negotiations. After work she is a creative mom who knows how to make a dinosaur out of tissue paper and string. Likes to spend time alone during triathlon training: swimming, running and cycling.
As an assistant to the HR department, she supports the implementation of all tasks arising from everyday needs. She takes care of both the CV and the nice atmosphere in the office. In addition to work, a student, and in her free time, a lover of dancing and trying world cuisine. It is important for her to maintain a healthy balance in life.
Szymon is the HR team leader at Clurgo. What he enjoys most is initiating and then implementing new projects that help Clurgo grow as a business. After work he loves spending hours experimenting in his kitchen.
Jagoda is an HR specialist who effectively supports both internal and client needs. She always tries to bring positive energy to the team and support everyone’s efforts. In her free time, Jagoda is a specialist in making pierogi and an amateur cyclist.
Julia is involved in recruitment and soft HR projects. She feels great as a partner of an employee at every stage of his/her journey in the organization. In her free time she practices yoga, walks in the forest or creates paintings. She likes to spend her evenings with a good novel or having dinner with friends. She has a strong addiction to ramen and miso soup.
Her main task is recruitment. She also co-creates the employer image strategy in social media and carries out other HR tasks resulting from everyday needs. In her free time she is devoted to her two biggest passions – photography and horse riding.
Katarzyna is an HR specialist focused on recruiting. She ensures that Clurgo brings in the best available engineering talent. Outside of work, she enjoys board games, escape rooms, and spending time with her pets.
During work hours, she supports the administration team and all office staff – from making wake up coffee to making sure that the papers are all right. After work, her time is taken up by getting a degree in psychology, all types of active recreation and playing the piano.
Karolina handles key administrative tasks for Clurgo that ensure the office runs well and each client is optimally supported. Outside of work she is into basketball, sailing and reading.
HR Team Leader. Starting his cooperation with Clurgo as an HR Specialist he came across numerous challenges related to creating HR policy in a young, developing company. For over three years, due to his openness to initiatives and changes, he had the opportunity to create and implement many original HR projects affecting his own career path and Clurgo's business development.
At Clurgo I get to work on a variety of challenges, ranging from small local projects to large-scale international engagements. The company has brought together a great team of experienced and passionate people. There are always colleagues available to bounce off an idea or advise on a problem.
As a product manager at Clurgo I have the opportunity to make a real difference in the designs and features that our clients deliver to their customers.
