Our client wanted to create an innovative employee benefits platform based on blockchain technology to reward engagement among employees and improve job satisfaction. They were looking for reliable front-end and back-end developers with experience in HR technologies.
Our team for this project included one back- and two front-end developers. We spearheaded the UI design, including multi-user account creation and reward token transactions between accounts. We implemented the new features and integrated them with an existing blockchain platform.
The client received an innovative platform to motivate, engage, and reward their employees. The system has automated the way employees are rewarded with benefits tailored to their individual needs in the form of secure tokens.
The tokens integrate with all HR processes at the client, including recruitment, learning, employer branding, onboarding, performance management, talent management, and mentoring programs. Using the platform, HR teams can create sophisticated, flexible gameplay mechanisms that can be used to motivate teams and individuals across the entire company.
