Your roles and responsibilites
- Working in technologies: Python, AutoGen, LangGraph, Crew.AI, LangChain, AWS AI Foundry, Amazon Bedrock
- Designing and implementing high-performance solutions
- Constant cooperation with team members
- Proactively identifying and resolving technical issues and supporting the team in crisis situations
- Supporting the team in working on key elements of the project, mentoring and enforcing best practices in software development
What we expect
- At least 7 years of commercial experience in Python
- Knowledge of frameworks: LangChain, LangGraph for building modular AI systems
- Experience in working with NLP, classical artificial intelligence, machine learning
- Experience with solutions based on language models
- 4 years of experience working with cloud-based AI platforms
- First experience in a leadership role
- Fluent English
